Buhl Planetarium and Institute of Popular Science Facility

Dear Mr. Walsh:

I am writing in response to your letter dated November 4, 2002 and received by this Office November 6, 2002, a copy of which is attached for your reference, regarding your request for information in regards to the above mentioned facility.

As requested in point "3" of your letter, please be advise that the previously sent Memoranda of Understanding's between the City of Pittsburgh and the Carnegie Science Center are the official, legally enforceable documents executed to secure the disposition of the Buhl equipment in question.

Also, in response to your request of "financing arrangements" in regard to the disposition of said equipment, be advise that the Carnegie has provided complete financing arrangements for the therein described disposition of equipment.
